Responsibilities:
- Qualifying/Prospecting leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Improvising the call pitch according to the client’s requirement
- Presenting our services to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Customize solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Leadership Team
- Report to the Team Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) calling/Email results
- Experience with CRM software (Preferably Zoho)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US business landscape, market dynamics,
and cultural nuances. - Relationship Building: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on
creating lasting partnerships. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Negotiation
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining positive
relationships. - Results-driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the US region as needed
