Role: Digital Marketing Designer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Hyderabad
Essential Functions
· Collaborates with marketing and respective teams to research, outline and implement content for campaigns, tied to practice / service / marketing / company goals
· Applies clients’ brand standards and accepted design principles in the building of mobile-responsive emails and landing pages
· Develops emails and landing pages based on provided Photoshop assets through the use of HTML, CSS, and AMP script; prepares emails and landing pages for use within Marketing Cloud and Pardot
· Builds Marketing Cloud automations as needed with assistance from B2C Solutions Consultants and Data Specialists; partners and collaborates with the B2B Marketing and B2C Marketing teams
· Creates production-ready design assets and provide quality assurance of creative deliverables, including modifying emails based on rendering tests
· Works on multiple projects while ensuring the quality of creative deliverables
· Presents draft and completed assets to clients for feedback, and provide modifications based on client feedback
· Maintains weekly billable targets
Required Qualifications
· A deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with minimum 2+ years of experience in building emails and landing pages that display consistently across clients, browsers, and devices
· Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP script
· Experience with Pardot and other marketing automation platforms
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
· Strong background in design problem solving and creative execution
· Familiarity with basic SQL queries that include JOINs and WHERE clauses
· Experience with integrating dynamic content and personalization within emails and landing pages; provides creative ideas on integrating dynamic content
· Experience with digital media platforms
· Understanding of tools and services available from Salesforce
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of client stakeholders
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
· Certification as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
· Certification as a Pardot Consultant
· Experience with Interaction Studio and/or Datorama
· Salesforce Partner Accreditations
· Experience with marketing automation tools
· Experience in B2B marketing preferred
· Extensive experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
