Required Skills: 

• CCNA or any relevant technical certification (Added advantage) 
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and problem-solving skills  
• International Calling experience (Added advantage) 
• Ability to remain calm, and perform under pressure 
• Good organization of work and time management, multitasking 
• Ability to work in a team and in a multinational environment 
• Comfortable to work as per client requirements in rotational shifts including night shifts
