- Good to have an understanding of different invoicing tools like Wave, Quickbooks

High-level invoicing and reporting responsibilities to be handled (Mandatory)
- Analyze invoice discrepancies
- Work on past due analysis and resolve issues.
- Work with stake holders for obtaining the accurate data for invoicing.
- Review invoices for each provider account to ensure accurate allocation of billing-related fees, credits, payments, and other adjustments.
- Based on account receivables, and direction from account management/ accounting, review and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Ensure the payment(s) are posted against correct invoices.
- Ability to understand the various client tools.
- Ability to read the process documents and work independently.
- Maintain the process updates.
- Review and approve the draft invoices and confirm that drafts are ready to be invoiced.
- Prepare the upload files and review the measures and measure codes that are valid with the spec file.
- Work with the client for any payment related issues / order issues / any invoice discrepancies.
- Match invoices with previous bills and identify discrepancies and take action to resolve them.
