Job Description: Reporting & Invoicing Analyst.

Experience: 1+ Year

  • Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel
  • Good to have an understanding of different invoicing tools like Wave, Quickbooks
  • Flexibility to work in global working hours

High-level invoicing and reporting responsibilities to be handled (Mandatory)

  • Analyze invoice discrepancies
  • Work on past due analysis and resolve issues.
  • Work with stake holders for obtaining the accurate data for invoicing.
  • Review invoices for each provider account to ensure accurate allocation of billing-related fees, credits, payments, and other adjustments.
  • Based on account receivables, and direction from account management/ accounting, review and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Ensure the payment(s) are posted against correct invoices.
  • Ability to understand the various client tools.
  • Ability to read the process documents and work independently.
  • Maintain the process updates.
  • Review and approve the draft invoices and confirm that drafts are ready to be invoiced.
  • Prepare the upload files and review the measures and measure codes that are valid with the spec file.
  • Work with the client for any payment related issues / order issues / any invoice discrepancies.
  • Match invoices with previous bills and identify discrepancies and take action to resolve them.
